Purnima, in this video, gives us an insight into the provisions of the The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 [POSH] with respect to redressal of sexual harassment complaints at the workplace.

She talks about the Internal Complaints Committee [ICC] which is the redressal mechanism dealing with issues of sexual harassment at the workplace.

She also emphasises on the need for co-working spaces to form their own committee, the Local Complaints Committee [LCC] and the repercussions of a false / malafide complaints.
